• Seeking highly skilled, motivated, & high energy A & B+ Level Technicians who are hungry to make money with endless available work!

• We are busy every single day and, quite frankly, we can't keep up with the volume! We need strong technicians who want to work hard & reap the benefits financially.

• We will never let you hit slow times because we have an excellent system in place to keep the car volume going strong. We are firm believers in multi-avenue advertising to keep our techs busy every day, plus we have a large customer base of return clients. Our job is to bring cars in, and your job is to fix them accurately & timely.

• We have a strong front of the house team to fully support you to ensure a smooth workflow each day.

• We do everything we can to provide proper tooling, resources, a good culture, & the cars to help you write your own paycheck. The only thing we ask of you is to bring your A-game to work each & every day, have a great attitude with your peers, management team, & customers, work efficiently & quickly, produce accurate work, & identify all necessary repairs on vehicles.

• Our work schedule is Monday-Friday, but evenings/weekends are available if you're looking to get more hours.

Who are we? We are a family owned & operated business that purchased Yes Automotive in 2019 as a used car dealership only. We have since moved locations to Maplewood Plaza (corner of Maplecrest/Stellhorn Rd), where we have a full Service Center in addition to our Sales Center. We have 11 lifts, a Service Manager, two Advisors, & a team of great technicians that work great together. Through the years we have built a business model that gives our employees direction & helps them grow professionally & financially.
